Web Hosting Refunds

Refunds for Web Hosting services are subject to the following conditions:

• If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund for Shared Hosting fees at Fastfiks' discretion.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • Additional services, upgrades, or features added to your hosting package.
  • Domain fees associated with the hosting package.
  • Hosting renewal fees.
• If your service is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, you are not eligible for a refund.

Support Plan Refunds

To request a refund for a support plan, please contact billing@fastfiks.com. Each request is reviewed manually, and approval is at our discretion.

SSL Certificate Refunds

Refunds for SSL Certificates are subject to strict criteria:

• Requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase.
• A written request must be made within 15 days of purchase, including proof of unsuccessful issuance.
• Refunds will be credited to your Fastfiks account as a payment balance.
• If these conditions are not met, no refund will be provided.

Other Service Refunds

Refunds for additional services provided by Fastfiks are subject to specific conditions:

• Fees for services that have been partially or fully rendered are non-refundable.
• If a service request is canceled within 3 days of purchase for valid reasons, a refund may be considered at Fastfiks' discretion.
• If a service request cannot be completed due to Fastfiks' inability to deliver, a refund may be issued.

General Terms

• Refunds will not be issued if your service was suspended or terminated for violations of Fastfiks' policies.
• Refunds are processed in USD only, and Fastfiks is not responsible for currency exchange differences.
• Any outstanding fees will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Custom development or consulting services.
• Software licenses or subscriptions once activated.
• Services obtained through promotional offers.
• Fees for non-service-related support.

Refund Requests

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, submit a request here with the following details:

• Reason for the refund request.
• Your account details (email, transaction number, and username).
• Additional information if requested by our support team.
